So Long Strawberry Legs
Keratosis pilaris (KP) is a common skin condition that causes small bumps to form on backs of arms, legs, and butt. Although harmless, KP bumps often resemble acne, goosebumps, or an eczema-type rash.
The Eraser’s micro-etched surface works as a gentle exfoliant to remove the buff out the keratin that causes KP bumps and leave skin silky smooth. Use once or twice weekly on an ongoing basis for best results.

FAQs
Can The Eraser be used with The Flasher, other IPL, or laser hair removal?
Yes. The Eraser is a great option for using before IPL or laser treatments. Similar to shaving, it removes hair at the skin's surface so The Flasher will still be able to effectively target the hair at the follicle.
We do not recommend waxing or sugaring in conjunction with IPL or laser treatments.
How does The Eraser work?
The surface of The Eraser has micro etching that acts as a hook to catch your hair and break it off at the top layer of your skin through gentle friction. Through circular buffing motion, the nanoglass technology also gently exfoliates to remove dead skin cells and reduce ingrown hairs.
How often can I use The Eraser?
To ensure a safe and effective hair removal experience with The Eraser, we recommend waiting 1 week between each use. However, the frequency of use can vary depending on your skin sensitivity and hair growth rate.
If you notice any long-term problems such as redness or irritation, decrease the frequency of use.
Where is The Eraser designed to be used?
The Eraser is most effective on legs, arms, butt, and chest. We do not recommend using The Eraser on more sensitive areas like face, armpits, or bikini area.
I struggle with KP or strawberry legs. Can I use The Eraser?
Keratosis pilaris is a common skin condition that causes small bumps that can resemble acne, goosebumps, or an eczema-type rash. They most commonly appear on the arms, but legs and buttocks can also be affected.
The Eraser works great to gently yet effectively smooth and remove KP bumps without irritation.
Is it safe for all skin and hair types?
The Eraser is safe to use on all skin and hair types but we suggest avoiding more sensitive areas like your face, armpits and bikini area.
To ensure this hair removal method works for you, we recommend doing a skin safety test before your first treatment.
How do I do a skin safety test for The Eraser?
- Test different methods to find your preferred technique:
- Dry Skin - Ensure your skin is completely dry, devoid of oils or lotions.
- Damp Skin - Maintain your skin slightly damp, but not excessively wet, and also free from oils or lotions.
- Gently rub The Eraser on each test area with light pressure and circular motions.
- Take note of the comfort level for each method during use.
- Monitor the areas for 24-48 hours, and refrain from applying any other products. If your skin is happy afterwards, The Eraser should work great for you.
How long does The Eraser last before needing to be replaced?
The Eraser should last up to 12 months or 200 treatments, depending on how well you take care of it. To prolong its life, we recommend:
- Clean after every use
- Store in a dry place
How long does it take to see results?
For hair removal treatments, hair growth cycles vary depending on the body area. For example, hair on the legs and arms has a longer growth cycle than hair in the underarms or bikini line. As a result, some areas may show results faster than others. For skin rejuvenation, results from IPL skin rejuvenation treatments vary based on individual skin characteristics and concerns. Some users may notice subtle improvements in skin tone and texture after just a few sessions, while more visible changes—such as a reduction in pigmentation irregularities or redness—can take several weeks. Since IPL works with the skin’s natural renewal cycle, most users see the best results after consistent use for 8 to 12 weeks. Following the recommended treatment schedule and protecting the skin from excessive sun exposure can help optimize results.
